What information do we collect?

The information you give us through the contact form, the resume form and the franchise questionnaire: your name, email address, phone number, company, LinkedIn profile, your message, your questionnaire answers and, if you send one, your resume.

Standard technical information that any website receives when you visit, such as your browser type and pages viewed.

How do we use it?

To reply to you and route your inquiry to the right person on the Hook Alliance team.

Questionnaire answers are used to prepare franchise options for our consultant to discuss with you; they are not sent to franchise brands without your agreement.

Resumes are stored in our recruiting and candidate tracking system and reviewed by our recruiters. We do not send your resume to an employer without talking with you first.

To keep a record of our conversations with you.

Who can see it?

The Hook Alliance team, and the service providers that host this website and store your submission, send our internal notification emails, and run our recruiting and candidate tracking system. They process it on our behalf and only to provide those services.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long do we keep it?

For as long as we need it to handle your inquiry or our working relationship with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

What are your choices?

Email mike@recruithook.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to ask us to stop contacting you.

Does this site use cookies?

No advertising or tracking cookies. If you start the franchise questionnaire, your browser keeps your partly completed answers on your device so you can come back to them.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We will post any change here with a new effective date.
