Hook Alliance began with recruiting. RecruitHook has spent years helping professional firms hire, and helping professionals find their next role.
Along the way, the conversations kept going further. Candidates tired of corporate life asked about owning a business. Firm owners who hired through us started asking about succession. Employers asked what they could offer their people beyond a paycheck.
Hook Alliance is the answer to those conversations. It organizes the work into four business lines, RecruitHook, FranchiseHook, VitalHook and GrowthHook, supported by a Strategic Partner Network, so one relationship can lead to whatever comes next.
